We understand that pets are part of the family. To maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all residents, we kindly ask that you review and follow our pet policy:

• Pet Type & Size
  • Only one (1) small dog or one (1) small cat is permitted per unit. Pets must weigh 20 pounds or less.
  • No other domesticated animals are allowed, including (but not limited to) birds, rodents (including rabbits), fish, turtles, or any other animals typically kept for pleasure in the home.
  • All pets must be able to be restrained by leash, carrier, or cage when outside the unit.
• Pre-Approval Required
  All pets must be pre-approved by management prior to moving in or acquiring the pet.
• Limit Per Unit
  A maximum of one (1) pet is allowed per rental unit.
• Monthly Pet Fee
  A $25 monthly fee applies for tenants who have an approved pet.
• Pet Damage Responsibility
  Tenants are fully responsible for any and all damage caused by their pet, even if the cost exceeds the initial security deposit.
